Yes, we can accept HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds through our credit card processing service. 

A Superbill is essentially a record of the services that were provided and shows the payment made. You can request a Superbill from us after paying for your session and submit it to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. 

If you want, you can contact your insurance company before starting services and inquire about your coverage. Here are a list of questions our clients found helpful:
 

1. Do I have out-of-network coverage? If so, what does it cover and how can I get reimbursed for it?
2. Do you accept or reimburse if given a superbill from a private speech therapy office? If so, what information do you require be added to the superbill? 
3. If I am unable to get scheduled with a provider in-network will you cover an out-of-network provider? 
   • There are times where you may have difficulty getting on a caseload (waitlists etc.). It's important to know your options in those cases. 

Pricing can vary depending on:

•  Location 
  • Where patient lives Ex: Florida, Texas etc.
• Type of session 
  • Ex: therapy, screening, or evaluation (and what type of evaluation, Ex: speech, language, fluency etc. )
• Duration of session 
  • Ex: 30, 45, or 60 minutes
• Platform 
  • Ex: tele-therapy, in-studio, at your home etc.

For Evaluations, you can expect to pay between $200-300 for one evaluation depending on what the evaluation is for Ex: Speech, Fluency, Language, Cognition, etc.

For therapy, you can expect to pay around $50-65 for a 30 minute session, prices increase and depend on platform, what state you are in etc.

At this time, we do not have a physical location.

But we do partner with FUNdamental Minds in Wesley Chapel, FL and Brandon, FL to provide session at their offices on occasions.
 

• We also provide in home sessions for local residence and/or services at private or special needs schools near Wesley Chapel, FL

• We also offer Tele-therapy in Florida and Texas

Yes. We work with all ages. If there are concerns for speech and language that is within our scope of practice we will help you, if we can. If after consultation, we determine that you may require a specialist then we will help recommend one. We are here to help in any way we can. Do not hesitate to reach out. 

As speech language pathologist's our scope of practice is very diverse. Typically at Therapy Pathways we work primarily with: 

• Articulation/Phonological Disorders (Speech)
• Aphasia (Cognition) 
• Autism (ASD) (Language) (Pragmatic/Social Skills)

But we can also work with: 

• Other Language Disorders
  • Language delay, Developmental delay, etc. 
• Other Cognitive Disorders

At this time, we offer in-home services to residence in Wesley Chapel, Florida and those within a 10-15 minute commute from each therapist's home base.

We do consider travel for further distance for additional fees and upon case by case basis.

If you are looking for in-home services and reside in an alternate location we will do what we can to help connect you with someone near you.

Remember, we also offer in-studio session at our partner locations in Wesley Chapel and Brandon, Florida.

All other sessions are offered via tele-therapy.
