Stephanie Lane, M.S. CCC-SLP

C.E.O/ Speech Language Pathologist

Stephanie is a nationally certified speech language pathologist (SLP) who is licensed in both Florida and Texas. She has been serving as an SLP for over 7 years in various school and private practice settings. Stephanie’s passion for communication studies came from having multiple family members impacted by various disorders that impaired their communication abilities. Stephanie has truly found that calling where, "If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life”.

Ashley Saylor M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Ashley is a dedicated and highly experienced professional with over 18 years of service supporting individuals from birth through 100 years old. Her career reflects a deep commitment to helping people communicate, connect, and thrive across all stages of life. She specializes in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and works extensively with students who have complex communication needs. Ashley is known for her ability to create supportive, individualized communication systems that empower her clients to express themselves with confidence and independence. Her expertise, paired with her patient and compassionate approach, has made her a trusted partner to families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Beyond her professional work, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three children. You will often find them on the weekends at Disney World or the gulf beaches.

Emma Torpey M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Emma is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She has experience working with children with autism, fluency disorders, early intervention, AAC, and articulation as well as adults with dysphagia and cognitive-communication difficulties. Emma loves growing alongside her clients and helping families facilitate learning in all environments. She is passionate about providing individualized, functional therapy to support communication across all aspects of life!

Lindsay Rosatone M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Lindsay is an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist and has been in the world of Speech Language Pathology for 5 years, working in public schools, private schools and clinic settings. Lindsay has worked with children of all ages with varying speech and language needs. She has a passion for apraxia, speech disorders, early intervention, autism and AAC. She loves helping to educate families about the power of communication!

Tamara Flaherty M.S. CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

Tamara has been an ASHA certified Speech Language Pathologist for over 20 years. Tamara has dedicated a majority of her career to working in the school system on speech and language needs including those with speech disorders, expressive/receptive language disorders and Autism. Tamara particularly has a passion for conducting comprehensive evaluations and identifying strengths and challenges while creating personalized intervention plans that foster real progress for clients. Beyond her clinical work Tamara also mentors other SLPs as they grow into confident, ethical professionals.

We are proud to offer Tele-therapy for adult and pediatric clients throughout Florida as well as in-home or school/daycare sessions near the Wesley Chapel, FL area.
